All the bearing parts adopt advanced sliding bearing and axial thrust bearing.
The hydraulic flow components adopt the hydraulic model of high-efficiency energy-saving pump, whose efficiency is 2-5% higher than that of y-type pump on average.
In order to maintain the inheritance, the structural form, installation size and performance parameters of AY and YY type oil pump are basically the same as those of Y type oil pump.

Pump structure:
AY and YY type multistage centrifugal pump is of radial segmenting structure, and the suction section, the middle section and the discharge section are connected into a whole through the bar.Pump rotor is mounted on the shaft impeller, balance disk (drum) and other parts.The axial force is balanced by balance disc, balance drum and thrust bearing.
Bearings: radial bearings adopt centripetal ball bearings or sliding bearings, and thrust bearings adopt centripetal thrust ball bearings.Thrust bearings are used to balance residual axial forces.
Shaft seal: packing seal or mechanical seal, according to the needs of users.
Transmission: the pump is directly driven by the prime mover through the flexible diaphragm coupling. From the prime mover, the pump rotates counterclockwise.
Piping system:
Cooling water is according to the medium temperature and use requirements, the shaft seal cavity, bearing or pump support for cooling.The recommended water amount for each pipe is 0.2-0.5m3/h, and the pressure is 0.2-0.3mpa.Sealing flushing is based on pump medium temperature and pressure and other working conditions are different.The liquid sealing capacity of each pump chamber is shown in the table below (internal or external supply is acceptable).

The pressure of the sealing fluid is generally higher than that of the sealing chamber, which is 0.07-0.1mpa. If the conveying medium is easily gasified, it should be higher than that of the gasification pressure, which is 0.175-0.2MPa.The vapor pipeline is equipped when the temperature of the conveying medium decreases and crystals are separated out, and the pressure is about 0.1MPa.
